Exchange Policy – Tadaruk Digital Store
- Customers have the right to exchange a product within 7 days of receiving it, provided that the product is in its original condition and unused.
- The product must be undamaged and unused. The store reserves the right to inspect the product before approving the exchange.
- The customer bears the shipping costs for exchanges within the Kingdom. For international exchanges, the customer bears all associated costs (shipping and delivery).
- In case of a manufacturing defect or order error, the store will cover all shipping and replacement costs.
Exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:
- If the product was custom-made or ordered according to specific customer requirements.
- If the product is damaged due to misuse or installation by an unauthorized party.
- For digital products, software, or activated subscriptions.
Return Policy – Tadaruk Digital Store
- Customers have the right to return a product within 7 days of receiving it, provided that the product is in its original condition and unused.
- The product will be inspected by the store before approving the return to ensure it is in good condition.
- The customer bears the shipping costs for returns. For international returns, the customer bears all associated costs. The customer will be compensated in case of a defect or error in the product.
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- If the product was custom-made based on customer request.
- If the product has been used or is not in its original condition.
- If the product was damaged due to misuse.
- For digital products, software, or activated subscriptions.
Digital Subscription Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Customers cannot request a refund for digital subscriptions (such as tracking platform access or Wasl integration) once the service is activated or access details have been delivered.
- Customers may request a modification of the service within 24 hours of purchase, if activation has not yet occurred.
